irrespective of age under this Act, but not with retrospective effect.

As a result, commuters are compelled to wait in the sun and rain
until their buses arrive enduring a great difficulty.
The affected commuters appeal the authorities to take steps to
construct a bus shelter opposite the Sainthamaruthu grand mosque on
Kalmunai-Ampara road for their convenience.
