In 2006/2007 with the Rugby Wing President C.P.P. Raj rugby at the school reached great heights to which Rohan was a great contributor.

Besides, it must be always remembered that for rugby to thrive and reach heights to what it is now at St. Anthony's is the inspiration and motivation of the rugby legend Priyantha Ekanayake the only rugby player in Sri Lanka who very successfully Captained the National team at four consecutive Asiad's, the first SLRFU President from his College, further he continues his invaluable services towards St. Anthony's College, Katugastota rugby with wide experience and contacts in the corporate sector. Rohan took over the Rugby Wing as President in 2008 and continues the good work done by his predecessors taking the rugby wing to the next level.

With this appointment he will have a workload on a regular basis as SACK - OBA is considered one of the most powerful organizations in Sri Lanka with a huge membership here and overseas.

St. Anthony's College, Katugastota and the OBA will always remember him in his role not only as an Old Boy, Senior Executive Officer, and in the field of sports, but in the battle field leading the elite STF in the East.
