Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is a great spiritual leader and philosopher who
is highly respected by the world community on account of his ‘Art of
Living philosophy’ particularly his ‘Sudharshan Kriya’ practices which
have attracted and accepted by millions of people in more than 150
countries irrespective of religion, race and gender.
Sri Sri Ravishankar who is affectionately called as ‘Guruji’ by
everyone conducted a few years ago a lecture on the topic of ‘uniting
hearts and minds’ was immensely appreciated by his devotees. His
philosophy of life is to love all, to share with all, to give away
everything without caring for his own comforts and conveniences. His
motto is to help all and to make them happy, cheerful and blissful. He
says, “I live to serve you all, I live to help you all and to get rid of
ignorance.”
Sri Sri Ravishankar’s method of teaching is to encourage people to
think for themselves and to reason out and learn for themselves and not
to be bound by any blind belief. His ‘Art of living’ particularly his
‘Sudharshan Kriya’ practices have helped to discipline the mind,
developed resistance against diseases and helped in curing diseases,
improved the memory and concentration.
Hence, it is the duty of everyone to know the Art of Living
philosophy to purify his mind and to attain a higher spiritual state in
life. |
