Black belt for Thirusenduran

T. Thirusenduran of Royal College was awarded the 1st DAI.P. Balck belt by grandmaster M. Hassen Kahlid at the Fei Quan Do grading test held at the “Multi Hall Royal College sports complex recently.

A large number of members from schools, international schools, organizations, institutions clubs etc. participated to vie for their colours and grades at the event. Among the participants were Indian students, the grading test was conducted by the Fei Quan Do International headed by well-known martial arts and physical fitness expert Grandmaster M. Hassen Khalid the founder of Fei Quan Do (Way of the flying fits martial arts), ably assisted by Deputy Chief Instructor M. Nuzky Khalid (3rd Dai black belt) and S. Bavithran (Black Belt) the event was compered by Mrs. Hizrina Nuzry Khalid of (Gold FM radio).

The guests of honour were Ruwan Waidyaratne (Hayleys group of Companies) and Mrs. Devika Waidyaratne, Dr Dayanath Ranatunga (United Nations, Sri Lanka) and Mrs. Ranatunga, R. Suntheranathan (Douglas and sons PVT Ltd), P. Sivarama Krishan (Kellogs India Pvt Ltd) and Mrs. Sivarama Krishnan, and M.H.M. Shaeedul Akram’ shooters group of companies).

A large number of well wishers, parents and martial arts enthusiasts were present.
