CID arrests two suspects

'The Criminal Investigation Department arrested two suspects yesterday in connection with the murder of the medical officer of the Borakanda Government Hospital. Medical officer P. Prasad Jayasinghe was shot dead by two persons on September 29 at Maha Edanda in the Karandeniya DS division. The CID seized a weapon which is suspected to have been used by the suspects to shot at the medical officer.
