Umesh leads Sri Lanka under 23 team

Umesh Karunaratne will lead the Sri Lanka under 23 team in the SAARC Twenty20 Tournament which will be worked off in the Maldives from October 31 to November 6, 2011. Sri Lanka has been drawn into group two along with India, Pakistan and Nepal.

The Sri Lanka under 23 team:

Umesh Karunaratne (Captain), Angelo Perera (Vice-Captain), Dhanushka Gunatillake, Udara Jayasundara, Banuka Rajapakse, Shehan Jayasuriya, Romesh Buddhika, Ramith Rmabukwella, Denuwan Rajakaruna, Kasun Madhushanka, Lahiru Jayaratne, Irosh Samarasuriya, Sanitha de Mel, Akila Isanka.
