Galle district emerged under-15 cricket champs in the southern province by winning their Prima champions trophy cricket match against Hambantota District at the Galle International Cricket Stadium by 17 runs according to the parabola formula when rain put an end to day’s play. Sithara Gimhana of Richmond college, leading the Galle side, scored 84 from 81 balls. Shihan Muthaliph continued his good batting form with a well made 54 runs.
