HNB Crystal Circle launches exclusive banking experience

Hatton National Bank (HNB) launched its third Crystal Circle at the
Kandy Customer Centre. This high-class facility houses the financial
advisors who will serve the premier clients in Kandy and its adjacent
districts. The concept of the Crystal Circle is centered on partnering
with customers to personalize banking services. From the private banking
centre with reserved parking, to on-call financial specialists, HNB
Crystal Circle plans to save customers time and go the additional mile
to assist their clients.
The beautiful ambience and architecturally designed unit mirrors the
high standard of service that will be provided to the Crystal Circle
clientele. Hatton National Bank Chairperson Dr Ranee Jayamaha addressing
the gathering at the opening reflected on the historical significance of
the Kandy branch of HNB. She said that HNB introduced the concept of
Crystal banking to Kandy in view of the long- standing relationship HNB
had with its customers and in reaction to a long felt need. Dr. Jayamaha
also stressed on the importance placed by HNB for innovation.
She said the Board of Directors of HNB were more than ever, prepared
to continuously meet customer demands and that she hoped the new unit
would build on the existing customer relationships and provide a
much-improved service to the important clients of Kandy.
