PCH buys Infoserve for Rs 45m

PCH, a premier IT company in Sri Lanka has acquired a 90 percent stake in Infoserve (Private) Limited which is a Sri Lankan based internet research services provider which functions under the ‘athandz’ brand name, for Rs 45 million.

PCH Chairman S H M Rishan said the company is poised to better tap post war opportunities in the local industry and intends to expand its footprint in Sri Lanka while increasing its ascendancy in the knowledge process outsourcing and business process outsourcing sector.

‘athandz’ provides customized web based research and business intelligence for customers to develop informed strategic business decisions and their specialization is in obtaining hard-to-find time consuming information from the Internet, promptly and efficiently at affordable rates.
