Television programme creations competition

The Community Development Foundation of the Bellanwila Raja Maha Viharaya headed by Ven Prof Bellanwila Wimalaratana Anunayake Thera has planned to conduct a television programme creations competition to mark the 2,600th Sri Sambuddhatva Jayanthi and promote Buddhist religious values.

The competition will be open for categories of photography, lighting, editing, screen play, direction etc.

A spokesman for the foundation said each programme should be confined to 12 minutes and suitable for telecasting.

Creations should be submitted in DVD form.
