Thus taking into consideration the importance of maintaining proper well-being, HSBC spearheaded a medical scheme with Lanka Hospitals, Asiri, Hemas, The Central and Ceylinco Health Care Centre to offer cardholders a comprehensive health scheme that would enable them to enjoy expert health services at an affordable cost.

Under the new scheme launched on September 1, 2011, cardholders are eligible for discounts, savings and zero interest packages.

These could be paid in equal monthly instalments or upfront for out patient department, indoor health care checks, general health checks, laboratory investigations, eye care, dental care, cancer screening and many more with further savings on prescribed medicines at selected pharmacies.

As a value addition, cardholders can look forward to medical programmes that highlight the importance of good health conducted by leading practitioners at the above mentioned hospitals.
