Hopper Magic at Galadari

Witness Chef Premarathne in action as he churns 30 crispy, classic hoppers in just five minutes, at 'Hopper Magic' taking place at the Galadari Hotel this August.

Mastering the art of creating crusty hoppers, expert Chef Premarathne works his magic at the Cafe 64 Hawkers Street food fare today (August 5) and tomorrow (August 6) from 7 pm. Showcasing his talent at churning 30 hoppers in just 5 minutes, Chef Premarathne is guaranteed to put out quite a spectacle presenting diners an action Station never seen before.

With a variety of Hoppers listed on the menu, the age old favourites such as pani appa, kiri appa, biththara appa (egg hoppers) will be featured along with new additions such as masala appa, seeni sambol appa and cheese appa. In addition to the exciting hopper station, the Hawker Street food fair will also feature delicious chicken shawarmas, kottu, nasi goreng, biriyani, fish and chips and grilled whole chicken at very special prices.

Completing the ideal Hawker Street dining experience, the Chefs have laid out a range dessert that include watalappan, cream caramel, fruit truffles, assorted ice cream and chocolate mousse along with other favourites.
