Police arrest students collecting money and misbehaving
Around 12 students of the Dehiwala Higher
Technology Institute who were collecting money for a student union
with tills were arrested by Slave Island police yesterday.

The grease yaka or the bhuthaya is a myth. The
public should not be misled and terrified by rumours because certain
persons and groups are trying to take political and other advantage
from such fabricated stories, police spokesman SP Prishantha
