More UNPers join UPFA

United National Party supporters in the Welikanda, Hatharaskotuwa and Hingurakgoda areas in their hundreds have crossed over to the People’s Alliance pledging their support to the Government at the forthcoming Local Government elections due on July 23.

Health Minister and General Secretary of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party Maithripala Sirisena was the chief guest at the election meetings held on July 14 and 15.
