Two Lankan athletes for Veterans Games

Sri Lanka will field two athletes for the World Veterans Athletic Championships which is being held from July 7 to 15 in Sacramento, United States of America.

Gamini Weerasinghe will compete in the men’s 400 metres hurdles and 110 metres hurdles in the age group of 50-54 while H A Upali will be the manager.
