PCH to expand BPO facility

PCH is planning to expand its 100 seat BPO facility in Colombo up to
a 1000 seat-BPO facility before the end of 2012 with Rs 300 million
investment.
Speaking to Daily News Business, PCH Chairman S. H. M. Rishan said,
“We are committed to create nearly 1,000 job opportunities through the
BPO facility and is on the look out to introduce various segments of BPO
service .In addition, we are planning to expand the Internet Data Centre
Facility within a short period of time.” The company will expand its
branch network to serve its clientele with quality service. PCH consists
of 35 showrooms and will infuse Rs 50 million to set up another five
branches within this year.
In addition, a number of innovations are taking place in PCH in
keeping with its initial Public Offering. The company will be utilizing
its IPO proceeds to its BOI approved subsidiary Procifinity Limited.
In addition, PCH is in the process of setting up its online showrooms
giving opportunities for customers to purchase ICT products online and
enjoy many other benefits including island-wide delivery, and
installation by certified technicians. |
