The inaugural Reebonn Naturally Cosmetics Netball Tournament 2011
will be held today and tomorrow at Angampitiya Sports Grounds, Sri
Jayawardenapura, Kotte.

The tournament, played for the Cup Championship and Plate
Championship is a joint venture by 'Gamez Mag' sports magazine and Kotte
Sports Club while Reebonn Natural Cosmetics powers the event.
Participants will be awarded for the special titles, Netball Queen,
Best Center Court Player, Best defense Player, Best Shooter.
This was revealed at a press briefing held recently in Colombo.
Kotte Sports Club chairperson Shirani Perera said that 16 teams had
confirmed their participation and among them were teams from Sports
Clubs, Mercantile sector, Armed Forces and the police.
The matches will be played under league basis while the losers in the
first round will be able to compete for the plate championship. |
