Ganja haul: one held

The Tangalle Police Anti-Corruption Unit and the Suriyawewa Police have jointly raided a ganga chena in the Meegaha Jadura area and arrested one suspect, they also took a consignment of ganja worth about one million rupees into custody.

The Suriyawewa police said that the suspect was to be produced before the Hambantota Magistrate.
