The much awaited, tenth Profoods and Propack 2011 exhibition will be held August 26 to 28 at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Centre.

The first day of the exhibition will be opened from 10am to 12 Noon for trade visitors and thereafter for the public till 8 pm and on Auguest 27 and 28th from 10 am to 8pm for the public.

This year's exhibition will create many opportunities for the local investors to collaborate with international counterparts in the processed food and packaging industry in conjunction with introducing their services, technology and products to the consumers.

This most comprehensive processed food and packaging exhibition will have over 300 stalls covering the entire food supply chain by giving immense opportunities for investors, traders and consumers to see the opportunities available in the processed food industry. Over 300 foreign exhibiting companies from 15 countries is also expected to showcase over 1,000 products and services.

Special concurrent events and promotions of the Profoods and Propack 2011 exhibition will also include cooking competition for housewives, Profoods and Propack cooking studio, AgBiz 2011,special hourly raffle draw, grand awards ceremony, small medium enterprises, agriculture special pavilions and others.
