Christian Barros - Ambassador designate of the Republic of Chile, Robert Tachie-Menson - High Commissioner designate of the Republic of Ghana, Gennet Zewide - Ambassador designate of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Francisco Javier Elorza Cavengt - Ambassador designate of the Kingdom of Spain, Theresa Cutajar - High Commissioner designate of the Republic of Malta.
