Kandy SC to hold night rugby

Two rugger matches will be played under lights for the 1st time in Kandy on May 27, 2011 at the Nittawela rugby ground commencing at 6.45 pm onwards.These matches are being organized by the Kandy Sports Club and the two matches are as follows: 1. Kandy Sports Club XV vs Colombo Combined Clubs XV. 2.

Kandy Combined Schools XV vs Colombo Combined Schools XV.

Chief organizers of these event will be Rajitha Ratwatte, Chief Executive Officer of the Kandy Sports Club and the coordinator is John Baskaran, former MMC of the Kandy Municipality. The chief guest will be former Kandy SC wing forward and the Member of Parliament Lohan Ratwatte.
