Sandun de Silva drummer of the band Black along with Eranjan, Viranjan, Shivantha, Ajantha, Ricky and Shyanne, composed the song We are Sri Lankan for the Cricket World Cup 2011.

The music was backed by the band 'Pearl'.

Thirty six of Sri Lanka's top professional western singers and few of the oriental singers including Annesly, Coreen, Clifford, Jeffry, Rajitha, Sohan, Ronnie, Mariazel, Rukshan, Ricky, Shayen, Chamari, Karisma, Devshan, Lanthra, Janaka, Danga, Chandralal, Ray, Janananth and Achini participated to make this a great success.
