Let us eliminate TB from Sri Lanka:
One third of the world’s population is currently
infected with TB and each year, there are around nine million new
cases of TB and close to two million people die from the disease.
All countries are affected, but most cases occur in Africa (30
percent) and Asia (55 percent), with India and China alone
accounting for 35 percent.
