Prince of Wales' College have already gained a first innings win over Mahanama College, Colombo in their inter-school Under-19 cricket tournament match worked off at Moratuwa.

At the end of day one in reply to the visitors total of 121 runs Cambrians were all out for 222 runs with Kusal Mendis and Tarindu Dilshan scoring 70 and 52 runs respectively.

Mahanama: 121 in 24.5 overs (H S D Perera 21, C Perera 26, J M Dayananda 43, Hashan Fernando 2/21, Ashen Mendis 2/0 and 20/0.

Prince of Wales': 222 in 55 overs (Ashen Mendis 22, Shehan Jayasuriya 35, Tarindu Dilshan 52, Kusal Mendis 70, C C Wanniarachchi 3/78, D Perera 4/17).
