AIS organizes seminar

Goal setting and self development :

All individuals have an inherent need to grow and develop their selves to become better individuals. 'Growth' in oneself would be possible through development. This process would initiate through setting goals, helping to choose where one wants to go in life. By knowing precisely what one wants to achieve, one knows where one has to concentrate one's efforts. One will also quickly spot the distractions that would otherwise lure one from one's course.

The program would enable participants to understand themselves through an exercise on "Who am I", and many more self evaluation exercises. The seminar, on February 21, from 9 am to 1 pm at the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, is conducted by Hussain Moosajee.
