Panadura Royal amass season’s best total

Royal College Panadura produced a tremendous batting performance to
pile up a season highest 418 for 4 wickets in their first innings on the
opening day of their inter school under 19 cricket tournament match
against Kingswood College Kandy which commenced at Panadura yesterday.
Charith Rusiranga and Kavindu Perera both completed unbeaten
centuries and figured in an unfinished fifth wicket partnership of 201
runs. Rusiranga hoisted one six and struck 22 boundaries while Perera
had one six and 15 boundaries.
