The all island table tennis tournament organized by the Kegalle District Table Tennis Association was held at the indoor stadium of St Mary's Vidyalaya, Kegalle, recently.

Chief Minister of Sabaragamuwa Maheepala Herath, Kegalle District MP and President of Kegalle Table Tennis Association, Kanaka Herath, Secretary All Island Table Tennis Federation Chanthana Perera, Leader of the House, Sabaragamuwa PC Imitiaz Cader, UC member Rasika Perera, PS member Gaman Pathirana, Senior SP W Bandusena, ASP Chrishantha Peeris, Principal of St Mary's Vidyalaya, H D P Hemantha and several dignitaries were present.

Over 500 players from different parts of the country including players from 50 outside schools participated.
