E-Channelling in Maldives with software solution

E-Channelling PLC has entered into an agreement with Wataniya Telecom Maldives to implement an e-channelling software solution in Maldives.

According to a announcement made by the company to the Colombo Stock Exchange the new project will automate e- channelling services in Maldives.

This would be the first time the company has undertaken an international software solution project.

The partnership will provide e-channelling opportunities in the Maldivian healthcare software market.

The total project has been categorized into four stages. The first stage of the project will make available e-channelling services to the Maldivian people to channel Sri Lankan doctors ,health check ups and other medical services in Sri Lanka with company's 25 partner hospitals.

The second stage of the project will make available e- channelling software to channel Maldivian doctors in Maldivian hospitals and medical centres.

The third stage of the project would utilize and restructure a data centre with Wataniya Telecom to provide hosted software solutions to the Maldivian medical industry.

Setting up a tele medicine helpline in Maldives to provide basic medical advise to the island's and resorts will include the fourth stage of the project.
