Dialog television woes!

I became a subscriber to Dialog TV on the crest of their attractive and forceful advertising campaign, and now find myself deeply regretting my folly.

Very often their international channels go blank, and only “no Signal” or “Searching for Signal” appears on the screen. I refer in particular to the night of 28-29 Nov’ when this happened for several hours. Also, one sometimes sees a “Fractured” picture with an equally indefatigable dialogue. This happens quite often during a successful sports event, a dramatic news report, on even light entertainment.

On the other hand, if you payment gets delayed, you can be sure of your service being discontinued.

Considering their default Dialog should give subscribers a rebate for the time they defaulted to provide a transmission, as the subscriber often prepays for this.

Dialog should also offer subscribers the democratic option of quitting, by making a full refund of the installation charges, simply because they have reneged on their promises.
