Sri Lankan chosen by Marriott USA

Ruki Tantula, a Sri Lankan American Administrator at Marriott International Headquarters in Washington DC, has been selected by Marriott International Chairman Bill Marriott to test drive the brand new Chevolet Volt, an all new electric powered vehicle as part of Marriott's "Sprint to Preserve" initiative.

Marriott International is partnering with General Motors in promoting "Volt Unplugged Tour" as part of the emission free green initiative.

Marriott CEO Arne Sorenson also participated at the introduction ceremony of the Chevy Volt.
