Gaining momentum for youth

The National Youth Council has established 64 youth societies in the Mullaitivu District after 30 years, said Mullaitivu District Coordinating Officer K D C Gamini Chandrasekera.

He said 2,364 youths have obtained membership in these societies and the Tharunyayata Hetak organization will provide sports equipment for these societies at a function to be held under the patronage of its chairman, MP Namal Rajapaksa.
