Free sterilization for dogs and cats

The Animal Welfare and Protection Association (AWPA) will conduct a free sterilizing/neutering clinic at the Sports Grounds opposite the SOS Children's Village, Piliyandala on Sunday December 12 from 7.30 am to 12 noon on a first come first serve basis.
