GCE (A-L) results within few days

The Examinations Department is scheduled to issue the GCE A-L Examination 2010 results within a few days.

The Examination commenced on August 09 and continued till August 27.

The Examinations Department has been finalizing the result issuing process by now, a senior official of the Examination Department said.

"Under the ongoing process the result will probably be issued by early December," he added.

The examination was held at 1,818 centres throughout the country of which 243,819 candidates sat the examination.

Out of the 243,819 candidates 199,062 were school candidates while the rest 44,757 were private candidates.

The result of school candidates will be sent to respective schools and the private candidates will receive their result at their private addresses.

The Examination Department has completed entering the data of result into the computer system. DSA
