Heroin trafficker pays price

An accused in a Heroin drug trafficking case was sentenced to two year rigorous imprisonment suspended for ten years by Panadura Provincial High Court Judge Malanee Gunaratne. Rs 15,000 was fined, in default one year imprisonment. The accused pleaded guilty to the indictment of possessing and trafficking heroin.
