Tyrone grabs best cocktail award
Tyrone McMilan who joined Galadari Hotel on September 2009 as a
Trainee Bar Waiter was very keen on learning the tricks of the bar
tendering. He was always very enthusiastic and full of questions.

Tyrone took lot of personal interest to learn mixology work flair,
entertainment behind the bars and specially creating innovative
cocktails. Only being in the hotel for five months Tyrone took part in
Chefs Guild Arrack Cocktail Competition. On his second attempt in a
cocktail competition Tyrone created a winning blend which he named as
Cinvo Cresba.
The winning blend includes Cinnamon powder, Vodka Smirnoff, Cream,
Strawberry Juice and Banana Liqueur.
This unique name itself was an innovation and it creates a need in
the minds of customers to know what Cinvo Cresba is all about. With the
perfection of work flair, elegance, entertainment, choice of music and
unique taste of Cinvo Cresba was outstanding and this gave Tyrone his
first Spice Smirnoff Cocktail Trophy and appreciation. |
