Malaysian envoy briefs NCCSL

Malaysian High Commissioner Rosli Ismail was the guest speaker at the seminar on "Bilateral trade with Malaysia" held recently at the Chamber Auditorium.

He was accompanied by Trade Commissioner in Chennai Zainuddin A. Jalil. Zainudeen gave a comprehensive presentation on rules and regulations when doing business with Malaysia, Products and Services that are in demand for both import and export, duty/tariff issues, free trade agreements and joint venture opportunities.

The presentation gave a wealth of information on trade and business prospects with Malaysia, which was very beneficial to the crowd present.

The participants were also able to directly interact with the High Commissioner and the Trade Commissioner on issues/problems they faced when doing business with Malaysia and clarify many queries.
