MTI inputs for NSB Strategic Plan

National Savings Bank has retained the services of MTI Consulting to work with NSB's Management Team to complete a three year strategic plan upto 2013.

The Senior Management of the bank played an active role in providing insights which created the framework for developing the Strategic Plan.

The plan includes a comprehensive analysis of the competitive financial services sector in Sri Lanka, addressing NSB's capabilities in reaching specific customer segments within this market.

The plan outlines specific action plans to be implemented within the next three years to further strengthen the Bank's processes and enhance the services offered to its customers.
