ICASL offers Taxation certificate course

Traditionally, taxation was an area largely confined to finance professionals. However due to its relevance in organizational decision making, today, taxation has become a subject of relevance to any business professional. In catering to this emerging need and in assisting its members to keep abreast of recent amendments to taxation and be up-to-date with knowledge The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) - introduced the Certificate in Taxation course in 2001.

The course is targeted at tax professionals, corporate executives, non-finance professionals and those with foreign accounting and finance qualifications who wish to enhance their exposure to local taxation. The lectures will be held at ICASL, conducted by a well-experienced and high calibre resource person and enrolment for the twenty-first batch is currently on.
