National IT Conference in August

The 28th National Information Technology Conference (NITC) organized by the Computer Society of Sri Lanka (CSSL) will be held on August 11 and 12, 2010 at Galadari Hotel Colombo.

The Conference will focus on the ICT innovations and share the knowledge among the ICT community.

The theme for this years conference is "ICT 2.0: Empowering Sri Lanka to a New Social Order"

The Computer Society of Sri Lanka (CSSL) is the apex professional body for ICT related matters in Sri Lanka and for over 33 years CSSL has been playing a major role in promoting Information Technology and professionalism among those engaged in the field of IT in the country. Each year, the CSSL organizes the National Information Technology Conference (NITC), which is one of the top ICT events in Sri Lanka.

The objective of the NITC is to bring to attention recent developments in the ICT field and facilitate the dispersal of knowledge among the ICT fraternity.
