Celestial looks for investor


Celestial Residencies

Celestial Residencies, the tallest luxury hotel and the residential apartment built by the Ceylinco Homes International (Lotus Tower) Ltd., will call for investors to complete the project.

The construction has progressed upto level 15 and is estimated to take a further two years to complete.

The prospective investor will have to invest US $ 75 million to construct 198 residencies along with the luxury hotel.

The 45 storey development including two basements occupying 262 perches of land is estimated to cost US $ 200 million.

Ceylinco Homes International (Lotus Tower) Ltd., will have a meeting with the Central Bank on this regard.
