Ex-employee among four nabbed in hardware store theft

Four suspects involved in a robbery of hardware items valued at Rs 1.1 million from a Hardware store at Nedungahahena were arrested Weliveriya Police who also recovered all stolen goods.

One suspect is a former worker of the hardware store.

The suspects produced before Gampaha Chief Magistrate Mohamed Macky were remanded till July 29.
