Realise responsibilities and obligations - Governor Tikiri Kobbekaduwa

One should realize one's responsibilities and obligations instead of grumbling about privileges, said Central Province Governor Tikiri Kobbekaduwa addressing the student's parliament of Mahamaya Girls College, Kandy on July 01.

Students are the future leaders of the country by the concept of students' parliament the President intends providing students with a wide knowledge on society when they step into social life and to line them up for the leadership of the country, said the Governor, establishing branches of foreign universities in Sri Lanka would be beneficial for the development of education while saving a colossal sum of money spent by parents to send their children to overseas universities, we should understood what is good and what are timely requirements, the Governor added.
