From Russia with Love

The Galle Face Hotel:

The Galle Face Hotel in collaboration with The Embassy of the Russian Federation and The Russian Cultural Centre in Colombo hosted a Musical Festival with Soloists of the Moscow Soloists Ensemble for the 2nd consecutive year at the Galle Face Hotel.

Vladimir Gerts – Bass Vocalist, Alla Turyanskaya – Piano and Maria Undritsova – student of the Moscow of the Moscow State University, Soloist of the Moscow Soloists Vocal studio performed at the Jubilee room of the Galle Face Hotel recently.

The concert featured performances of masterpieces of Russian vocal music, well-known Russian folk Ballads, operatic arias from American Musicals and Soviet songs.
