The Sri Lanka Malay Food Festival will showcase delicacies and dishes
from the local Malay communities. Authentic traditional Malay food will
be prepared by the Malay House Wives and with the assistance of the
chefs of the Galadari Hotel
The Sri Lankan Malay Food Festival will be on July 16 and 17 at the
Galadari Hotel, Coffee Shop commencing from 7.00pm.
Stealing the limelight of all the food will be the food appreciation
of the famous Nasi Kebuli, an authentic Javanese cuisine, while you are
munching on the tenderly roasted Satay and sipping on a sweet drink!
To add to all the treats a the Malay cultural troupe will be
performing to the music of the Malay Songs sung by the Malay Youth.
