 The average rates of the following currencies quoted by commercial banks in Colombo for 
Telegraphic Transfers (TT) at 9.30 a.m. are as follows:

weighted average rate for the US$ are as follows:

 The Average Weighted Prime Lending Rate (AWPLR) and the Lowest Prime Rate (LPR) during the week ended 24th June, 2010 
by all commercial banks was 10.38 percent and 9.00 percent respectively.

The Average Weighted Deposit Rate (AWDR) of commercial banks, for the month of May, 2010 was 7.05 percent.
