Arrests, expulsions of Palestinians persist in West Bank

Soldiers arrest 30 residents:

West Bank: Israeli troops arrested 11 Palestinians Wednesday during operations in the West Bank as part of an expulsion process cattying in the last few weeks.

Spokesmen for the Palestine Authority Ramallah reported that Israeli occupation forces carried out raids in the cities of Tubas, Jenin and Hebron.

The troops also burst into Jenin Tuesday and the soldiers looted a house and declared it later on "closed military headquarter". Besides, they arrested 30 residents, including 20 who lived in the seized house, according to witnesses.

Meanwhile security sources confirmed that a 19 year-old youngster Fadi Aiada Al-Azazma who was living in Hebron since 15 years ago was arrested Tuesday night by Israeli soldiers and expelled to Gaza Strip.

Al Azazma refused to go into Gaza and remained with several former prisoners in a tent put up near the border by the Hamas Islamic group Government that refuses to agree with the controversial Israeli practice. Ramallah, Prensa Latina
