Two trustees from CIM Sri Lanka Region

CIM Sri Lanka Region became the first CIM International Region to have two representatives on the CIM International Board of Trustees (IBT).

This honour resulted with the election of CIM Sri Lanka Region Immediate Past Chairman Shiraz Latiff at the recently held elections. CIM Sri Lanka Region from 2007-2009 Chairman Suren Rajanathan also serves currently on the IBT.

The IBT is vested with the governance and control of the institute. With the appointment of Latiff, CIM Sri Lanka will now have a broader representation at the CIM International Board of Trustees and greater involvement in policy making.

This achievement signifies the recognition that CIM sri Lanka Region has earned amongst the CIM international community, and the value it has created to the local membership through the years.
