IELTS Registration Centre opens in Matara

The Academy of International Education and Business Development (IEBD), Rahula Road, Matara was appointed as a British Council’s Registration Centre for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) in Matara.

IEBD has provided numerous opportunities with latest teaching methodologies using new technology, to learn English where many intelligent and talented people are losing numerous opportunities due to lack of communication skills in English at a time such as this when both the District and the Province is booming with industries.

“Our vision is to build a path to a successful future, via a competitive environment. The academy’s mission is to provide high-quality academic studies and business consultancy services to the incumbents, aiming to improve the competency of every individual through academic programs, which is mandatory from children to adults and professionals who are willing to go up in the ladder of their career to compete in the modern corporate arena,” the owner of the academy Wickramasekara said.
