Kandy fashion show
The Women's Chamber of Commerce Kandy jointly with the Central
Province Industries Ministry has organized a fashion show on March 19 at
the Suisse Hotel, Kandy for the first time.
The event is titled as Fashion Designer of the Year 2010 and the
objective is to bring Kandy talent to the forefront.
There will be two categories at this up market event and the first
category includes Kandyan Saree, Indian Saree Smart casual and evening
wear.
The second category includes handlooms, casual wear and, evening wear
for the up market presented by the Central Province Industries Ministry.
Thirty two designers and 52 models from the Central Province will
participate. |
