Over 90 teams for Borella sixes

The second annual Six-a-side softball cricket tournament for the Rohitha Bogollagama Challenge Trophy organized by Sri Sports Club, Borella will be conducted on March 20 and 21 at the Seevali MMV grounds, Borella.

The winner will be awarded Rs. 20,000 in addition to the Challenge Trophy while the runner-up too will go away with a trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 10,000. The organizers expect nearly 100 teams to participate in this tournament and entries should be forwarded under registered cover to reach Suranga Dehiwatte, Borella Sports Club, Leslie Ranagala Mawatha Colombo 8 on or before March 14. All captains of the participating teams are requested to be present at 12.00 noon on March 14 for the draw at Seevali MMV grounds.
